The MyHR Services& Solutions Digitalization & Change team is responsible for identifyingefficiency and digitalization opportunities along the whole HR lifecycle. Inorder to do so, we perform business analysis, business process re-engineering,technology tool implementation, as well as resource deployment/offshoring. Therole as PMO and Business Engineer in our function is key to help us identifythese opportunities and implement solutions for them in a virtual/remoteworking environment.

Your mainresponsibilities will be

- Support MyHR Services & Solutions in workshop preparation, coordination, facilitation and post workshop tasks, this includes preparation of slides, meeting room booking, infrastructure (projector, whiteboard, etc.) organization, meeting minutes, meeting coordination, action logs, etc.

- Independently lead business process re-engineering and value stream mapping, cooperating with SMEs and operations specialists

- Coordinate with business counterparts to understand and document business processes and business requirements

- Cooperate with Project Managers to ensure high quality and timely status reporting

- Prepare presentations for the Steering Committeeand portfolio reviews

You Offer

- At least 2 years of professional experience in PMO, project or program portfolio management, as well as in business process re-engineering, process design and requirements documentation

- Proven track record in preparing and leading successful workshops in a virtual environment, where participants from various locations and culture interact virtually

- Experience of writing/working with specifications

- Experienced in working closely with users / clients to elicit & facilitate requirements capturing process

- Having worked hands on in standardizing & automating processes across multiple geographies

- Experience reengineering processes in services sector, as well as in offshoring projects

- Ability to think through missing elements in process to drive scale & quality and build/facilitate such elements

- Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational and coordination skills

- Good knowledge of MS Office incl. programs like Visio, Project and PowerPoint

- A good teammate with an ability to think and act independently.

- A self-starter, open for new challenges

- Committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice, proven experience in HR will be an asset

- Stakeholder management skills, able to build positive relationships across diverse groups in different locations

- High degree of structure and self-organization, deadline focused, strong analytical

- High level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
