We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job' with Deloitte.

Work you'll do

KeyRole Description:

Data Management Manager – Operations &Optimization; is responsible for designing and leading the on-going qualitativeand quantitative data management initiatives. Manager employs an array of datamanagement techniques and frameworks to ensure the accuracy, timeliness andconsistency of key attributes and metrics are managed in the Firm's systems.

· Data Governance

o Establish aformal system of accountability, designed to enforce the proper management ofdata assets.

o Responsible forcollection of processes, standards, definitions, policies, (and technologies)required to manage and maintain information as an enterprise resource anddevelop operational approach to manage the quality, consistency, and usabilityof the organization's data.

· Data Quality Management

o Expert in dataprofiling, monitoring, and cleansing capabilities aimed at improvement of thelevel of trust leaders and practitioners have in the data

o Should be able toanalyze and provide insights into root causes of poor data quality and providestandardization and remediation recommendations supported by data governance

o Develop dataquality scorecards to provide an effective management tool for monitoringorganizational performance with respect to data quality control

· Data Management

o Establishesinfrastructure that supports capture, cleansing, integration and shared use ofmaster and reference data across the enterprise

o Develop processesthat support workflow and approval processes across key business processesroute master data changes to Data Stewards and data management analysts whoensure compliance with standards and definitions.

o Implementscontrols to increase compliance to data standards, completeness, and usage

· Other Essential Data Capabilities

o Data enrichmentand integration; including leveraging third-party external data and integratingacross key DTTL processes

o Support dataconversion and validation support

· Establish and build-out Governance playbooks,Process Manuals, and Desktop Procedures

· Customer support

· Responsible for maintenance of contacts,accounts, opportunities, leads, campaigns, user roles & profiles, Tags,access settings, etc.

· Manage data imports, database for the team'sregions and perform basic administration, de-duping and cleanup procedures.

· Develop reports, dashboards, and processes tocontinuously monitor data quality and integrity

· Itdemands flexibility to work within different shifts as DMS continues to expand& offer services in Asia Pacific region (SEA, Korea, Japan, Taiwan)


· Todrive and support the Team Leadership in achievement of strategic businessobjectives (that are consistent with the overall firm strategy) through thedevelopment and implementation of robust, timely and accurate data managementand maintenance

· Toliaise with points of contacts across member firms for data maintenance

· Tocommunicate and coordinate with member firm peers and managers frequently andprovide status updates to CDMS management

· Tosupport Team Leadership in creation of quantitative and qualitative metrics(must understand the underlying reasons behind each measurement) for theprocess optimization and successful implementation of the initiatives in theteam

· Enforcegovernance through playbooks established from working sessions with member firmSMEs

· Ongoinginteraction with member firm SMEs for development of new CDMS services andquality standards

· Liaisewith local teams involved in Data Management on maintenance requests for globaltables

· Must have good knowledge on different masterslike Material, Vendor, Customer, Employee and Custom masters as well

· Ongoingmonitoring and profiling for cleansing and validation of data

· Self-trainon supplemental skills for research and workflow methodologies through journals,publications, etc.

· Make significant enhancements to existingcomplex research and workflow methodologies.

· Cross train and train new team members oncomplex research and workflow methodologies.

· Automate and increase efficiency of researchand workflow processes.

· Develop expertise in multiple areas and assumethe role as the SME.

· Develop and implement new, complex researchand workflow processes.

· Manage end-to-end research and workflowprocesses; includes collaborating with key stakeholders and responding to datainquiries.

Demonstrated capabilities in:

‒ Proven experience with information management and relational dataconcepts

‒ Ability to research and analyze data from internal and external sources

‒ Possess strong communications, problem solvingand project management skills

‒ Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic,cross-functional environment

‒ Ability to work within a virtual team

‒ Self-motivated and able to complete projectswithout continual supervision

‒ Able to juggle multiple tasks and timelines

‒ Establishing best practices and cross-trainingteams

Technology or Other Requirements:

· Advanceknowledge of MS Office Suite

· Advanceknowledge of SQL


Any graduate/Post Graduate with excellent documentation and datamanagement skills with 10+ years working experience.

Work location: India - Hyderabad

Work timings: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
