Reporting to the Head of Communication, SG GSC, the scope of responsibility covers the following:

● Understand the organization and offerings of the Global Solution Centre in India and support the activities to promote these with Group Business Lines, geographies

● Work closely with transversal initiatives and strategic programs that showcase the solutions of the offshoring centre, which promote the services of offshoring

● To develop material that creates awareness of offshoring success stories

● To identify touchpoints to create positive recommendations such as internal testimonials, visits, team or project highlights, success stories, case studies

● Manage communication 360-degree campaigns in line with objectives and across all channels

● Encourage employee engagement – showcase the talent and competencies of offshore centres

● Develop the external brand through industry representation, industry connects, and thought leadership in the area of Global in-house centres (GICs), technology and innovation

● Develop and maintain effective channels of communication, contribute to channels with content on a regular basis

● Manage communication 360-degree campaigns in line with objectives and across all channels


● Conceptulization and creativity

● Strong writing skills

● Ability to execute collateral and channels using various resources and skills, working with design, content or vendors

● Ability to work with senior stakeholders

● Strong relationship and adaptation skills: a team player with ability to work with all levels of staff in all business/support functions

Profile Required

Part of the communication team in Societe Generale, Global Solution Centre in India, the communication manager’s role includes the following objectives, shared with the local business lines and HR teams:

Promote the services of the Global Solution Center internally

Promote external image / employer’s image

Generate staff engagement

Years of experience: 7 - 12 years of experience, with qualifications in mass communications and media studies
