Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Sr Developer based in Bengaluru, with some work from home flexibility. The ServiceNow Sr Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Day-to-day tasks include customizing and building applications, integrating with other systems, handling ServiceNow configurations, and ensuring optimal platform performance. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Qualifications
Proficient in ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Configuration, and Application Customization
Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other web technologies
Skills in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools
Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes
Robust problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
