Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – Sales to lead our offline expansion and revenue growth. You’ll manage a team of Associate SMs, BDMs, ABDMs, and Counsellors, driving performance, optimizing funnels, and scaling NxtWave’s reach across recent territories.

What You’ll Do:





- Own the end-to-end sales funnel (Lead → Demo → Conversion → Retention)
- Drive revenue forecasting, funnel optimization, and territory planning
- Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales teams for consistent performance
- Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and execute growth plans
- Ensure operational excellence and top-tier learner experience

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–6 years of proven Sales Leadership experience (EdTech / High-ticket B2C preferred)
- Strong track record of managing multi-layered sales teams
- Data-driven mindset with deep funnel management expertise
- Excellent communication in English + one regional language (Malayalam / Odia/ Hindi / Bengali / Gujarati)
- Empathetic, resilient, and results-focused leader
