Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers/Equity Advisors to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard recent team members to strengthen the client acquisition pipeline.
- Ensure team achieves monthly/quarterly targets for DEMAT & Trading account openings.
- Drive cross-selling of Third-Party Products (TPP) – Mutual Funds, Insurance, Bonds, PMS, AIF, etc.
- Support the team in joint client meetings and resolving escalations promptly.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of equity market,
DEMAT & Trading operations, and wealth management products.
- Proven ability in sales leadership, team handling, and business growth.
- High energy, target-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
