Role: Service Delivery Automation
Exp: 8to 12 years
Location: Bangalore
Venue: L-Center, Vydehi RC-1 Block, EPIP Industrial Area, 82, 6th Rd, KIADB Export Promotion Industrial Area, Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560066.
JD:
As a member of the Software Delivery Automation team, you will report into the SDA Lead, and be responsible for various SCCM, Intune, and Munki activities. Specifically, in this role you will:
- Create deployments (target packages and applications) in SCCM, Intune, and Munki based on requests from deployment and transition managers
- Create collections and groups in SCCM and Intune
- Monitor package replication status and overall health of SCCM and Intune deployments
- Run various reports from SCCM and Intune
- Run regular cleanup tasks in SCCM and Intune
- Publish software in Windows and Mac stores
- Work closely with Product Managers, Service Owners, Deployment Managers, Transition Managers, and other deployment-specific stakeholders
- Identify deployment failures and work with the appropriate team(s) (e.g. Packaging team, Product Manager, Service Desk) to address and remediate
- Provide operational support for Autopilot and application bundles
Monitor health of SCCM and Intune environments and work closely with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and remediate problems within those environments
