Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Service Faculty at GLOBAL INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES located in Rajarhat. The Food and Beverage Service Faculty will be responsible for teaching and training students in food service and beverage management, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Responsibilities include developing and delivering curriculum, conducting practical and theoretical lessons, evaluating students' performance, and guiding them in acquiring practical skills in food service and customer service. Additionally, the faculty member will be involved in curriculum development, participating in faculty meetings,



and contributing to the overall development of the department.

Qualifications

- Food Service and Food & Beverage skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Culinary Skills
- Previous teaching experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
