About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Associate to join our Rental & Resale vertical at BelleVie by Lodha Group.

You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers- engaging, qualifying, and scheduling property visits while building a strong lead pipeline for the on-ground sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects from campaigns, portals, and referrals.




- Qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for Relationship Associates.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company’s services, available properties, and packages.
- Maintain lead history, notes, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client journey.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate (any stream); Real Estate experience preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or pre-sales.
- Strong communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
