- Candidates should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and must be able to join us immediately or within 15days
- We are looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas used across the HCM modules. The candidate must have experience in:

-Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula (Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.)

-Writing complex conditional logic and calculations

-Oracle HCM implementations or support projects

-Designing and implementing Fast Formulas for various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

*Payroll Calculation Rules

*Absence Accruals and Plans

*Advantages Eligibility

*Compensation Rules





*Troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing formulas

*Utilizing Formula Results, Formula Messages, and Formula Logging for debugging and audit tracing

*Using database items (DBIs), context variables, and input values effectively in formula logic

*Collaborating with technical and functional teams during system implementations
