Z Brands is a quick-moving app studio that’s doubled revenue in the last month alone - and we’re just getting started. We’re building profitable, direct-to-consumer brands at speed, and we’re looking for a talented creative strategist / direct-response copywriter to help us scale.
As a creative strategist, you'll take new ad creative concepts from zero to launch on platforms like Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
Key responsibilities:
- Research customer beliefs, desires, and behavior to create buyer personas that inform our ads strategy.
- Write ad briefs based on customer learnings and work closely with an editor/designer to bring your vision to reality.
- Analyze past ads to understand what worked, what didn't work,
and what we should do next.
Your primary KPIs will be the amount of adspend your ads get, and the ROAS they achieve.
This role comes with the future possibility of stepping into a leadership role, and becoming the head of the ads team.
