Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Experience: 7 to 15 Years

Location: Riyadh (Onsite)

About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned ServiceNow GRC Developer with deep hands-on experience in implementing and customizing the GRC/IRM modules. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Risk, Compliance, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM), along with expertise in workspace, portal, and integration development.

This role demands a strong balance of technical skills and business understanding to design solutions that align with organizational compliance and regulatory objectives.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow GRC/IRM Implementation

- Design, configure, and deploy GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance,



Risk, VRM, and Audit Management
- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements

Workspace & Portal Development

- Develop and enhance IRM Workspaces and Service Portals
- Build custom catalog items, forms, and widgets for GRC processes

Scripting & Customization

- Develop client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)
- Ensure performance, maintainability, and scalability of custom solutions

Integration

- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
- Troubleshoot and optimize integration workflows

System Administration & Support

- Manage upgrades, platform maintenance, and user support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance platform usability and adoption

Required Skills

✅ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules – Risk, Compliance, Audit, and VRM

✅ Proficiency in Workspace and Portal development

✅ Advanced scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.)

✅ Solid integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs





✅ Sound understanding of GRC processes and technical solution mapping

✅ Expertise in platform administration and performance optimization

✅ Excellent communication and analytical skills

CSA – ServiceNow System Administrator

CAD – Certified Application Developer
