About the Role:

Stelton Consulting is seeking a Senior Non-IT Recruiter with strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and a proven ability to source top talent across multiple platforms. You’ll be a key contributor to our growing team and play a leadership role in driving successful client hires.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles — from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS (must-have), along with Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards for candidate sourcing.
- Collaborate with BDMs and the recruiting team to meet submission and hiring goals.




- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Mentor junior recruiters and foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

✨ Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of Non-IT recruiting experience.
- LinkedIn sourcing expertise is mandatory (RPS experience preferred).
- Proficiency with Indeed, Monster, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Team-player attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
