Job Title: Sales Manager (IT hardware - workstations/ PCs)
Experience: 2 - 8 years
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute sales activities to acquire new customers and drive revenue.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and company sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and
- offering tailored solutions.
- Oversee and manage Proof of Concept (POC) setups for customers
- Handle post-sales/service-related issues, ensuring timely resolution of customer
- complaints or issues.
- Identify new prospects and convert them into customers.
- Regularly follow up on payments to ensure timely receipt.
- Manage sales and customer relationships across South India, traveling as when needed.
- Track and manage the sales funnel, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in laptop, desktop, It hardware products, Computers, Design sales
- management, preferably in a regional role.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Should have executive Sales projects.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
