We are hiring - Key Account Manager
About Client:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Competitor Analysis
- Identify emerging markets and monitor trends, including new product developments and competitor activities.
- Analyse competitor offerings and customer preferences to enhance the company’s positioning in the market.
2. Sales & Product Management
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing in alignment with market trends and demand.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.
3. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning
- Stay current with product and market developments through workshops, publications, and professional networking.
- Leverage industry contacts to anticipate market opportunities and innovations.
4. Sales Planning & Strategy Execution
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to meet targets and align with organizational goals.
- Drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the assigned region.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct regular meetings with customers to assess needs and address concerns.
- Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and uncover recent opportunities.
6. Reporting & Sales Performance
- Submit daily, weekly,
and monthly reports on sales activities and achievements.
- Use Zoho CRM to log activity, track progress, and generate performance insights.
7. Direct Sales & Distribution Support
- Manage both direct and channel sales, ensuring alignment and readiness across teams.
- Support distribution partners with technical input and sales enablement.
8. Channel Management & Conflict Resolution
- Evaluate distribution performance and optimize for strategic alignment.
- Resolve channel conflicts and maintain smooth collaboration across territories.
