Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads via field visits, cold calls, referrals, and builder tie-ups

Meet monthly sales targets for home loans

Assist customers with loan applications & documentation

Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory norms

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales, preferably in home loans, housing finance, NBFC,



or banking.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Familiarity with local real estate market is an advantage
