Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated US IT Recruiter / Sr. IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the US Staffing Industry, with strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for various clients across the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting suitable candidates.
- Work on Full Time / W2 / 1099 / C2C hiring models as per client requirements.




- Source candidates using job portals such as Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, LinkedIn, ComputerJobs, Yahoo HotJobs, and ATS tools.
- Negotiate salary, rate, and contract terms with candidates and vendors.
- Maintain and update candidate and client databases on a regular basis.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Build strong professional relationships with consultants and clients.
- Stay updated with US market trends, technologies, and visa regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US Staffing Industry.
- Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US Work Visas (H1B, GC, OPT, TN, etc.).
- Previous professional experience collaborating with system integrator (SI) clients.
- Proficiency in using leading job boards and ATS tools (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, TechFetch, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Robust technical understanding of various IT skills and job roles.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Graduates from any discipline are welcome; candidates with technical backgrounds will be preferred.
