Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Cell Culture Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Cell Culture Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and developing cell culture systems, which includes preparing culture media, monitoring cell growth, conducting experiments, and ensuring sterile techniques. Additional tasks will involve troubleshooting and optimizing culture conditions, documenting research findings, and collaborating with other team members to support ongoing projects. The Cell Culture Specialist will also be involved in data analysis, preparing presentations, and participating in lab meetings.





Qualifications

- Experience with cell culture techniques, including cell maintenance, and sterile techniques
- Strong background in cell biology, molecular biology, or related fields
- Proficiency in data analysis and documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cell culture conditions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or related field
- Experience with specialized cell culture systems (e.g., stem cells, primary cells) is a plus
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures
