Role Summary

You will manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, ensuring high-quality

client interactions, timely site visits, and accurate CRM updates.



The ideal candidate brings prior

real estate experience, strong communication, and familiarity with the Noida market.

Key Responsibilities

â—� Qualify leads, understand client needs, and present suitable property options.

â—� Organize and conduct site visits with prospective buyers.

â—� Maintain lead information, follow-ups, and sales records in CRM.

â—� Negotiate and close transactions with professionalism.

â—� Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate documentation, payments, and legal

formalities.

â—� Stay updated on property projects and market trends.

Requirements

â—� 1-3 years experience in real estate

â—� Robust communication in English and Hindi

â—� Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel

â—� Experience in Noida market is preferred.
