We’re expanding our team and looking for passionate and experienced IT Recruiters who can take ownership and deliver excellence across various domains.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of various IT skills, emerging technologies, and hiring trends.
- Hands-on expertise with C2H IT Recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- 2-4 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and Boolean search
- Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closure.
- Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis.
