Party One is a fast-growing platform connecting customers with top-rated event services for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate parties, and more. We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-driven individuals to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Engage with incoming customer leads generated via ads and follow up proactively to convert them into successful bookings.
- Customer Interaction:
- Understand customer requirements with empathy and offer the best-suited event packages/services.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Act as a robust bridge between customers and our event vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
- CRM & Follow-ups:
- Maintain updated records of all interactions and ensure timely follow-ups for undecided leads.
Must-Have Skills:
- Good communication in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients.
- Proactive, organized, and highly responsive.
- Strong coordination skills with both customers and vendors.
- Empathy-driven approach towards customer conversations.
Good-to-Have:
- Basic understanding of event management or past experience in handling any kind of events.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking platforms.
