Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Sales Associate – Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) at Manish RMC, located in Patna. The Sales Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to order fulfillment. They will regularly interact with clients, provide product information, prepare quotations, and negotiate contracts. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

Qualifications

- Sales, Customer Relationship Management,



and Contract Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the construction industry and RMC products
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the construction materials industry is a plus
