Responsibilities

Formulation and filling in-charge

1. Planning of Formulation and Filling area
2. Indenting of raw materials from store
3. Availability of raw materials, consumables required for Formulation and Filling area
4. Maintain Raw and PPM inventory as per the production schedule
5. Product changeover in Formulation and Filling
6. Media fill simulation activity
7. Coordinate with other department for equipment qualification / requalification / revalidation and equipment calibration activity
8. Supervision of online documentation
9. Review of documentation
10. Preparation of new SOPs, Annexures, BMRs and summary protocols
11. Awareness about deviation, investigation, change control, CAPA
12.

Qualifications

- Minimum ITI Mechanical,Diploma Mechanical, Btech Mechanical, B Pharma, M Pharma, Relavent experience
- 2+ years' to 12 years experience
- Solid verbal or written communication skills
