Job Title: Hiring Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a reputed and growing manufacturing company

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Financial Strategy & Leadership:*

Formulate and execute financial strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/MD for long-term business planning.

Drive cost optimization and ensure financial sustainability.

*2. Finance & Accounting Oversight:*

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Monitor P&L;, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls and compliance processes.

*3. Banking & Working Capital Management:*

Maintain strong relationships with banks,



financial institutions, and auditors.

Manage working capital, fund flow, and credit facilities efficiently

Optimize utilization of capital for operational and growth needs.

*4. Forex & International Trade (EXIM):*

Manage foreign exchange exposure and risk mitigation strategies.

Handle import/export documentation, regulatory compliance, and customs procedures.

Liaise with banks and trade partners to ensure smooth EXIM operations.

*5. Operational & Ground-Level Finance:*

Understand plant-level operations and link finance with production efficiency.

Evaluate cost structures, monitor production budgets, and recommend operational improvements.

Guide operational teams in financial decision-making.

*6. Compliance & Risk Management:*

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements.

Manage internal and external audits, and implement corrective actions.

Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.

*7. Team Leadership:*

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, accounts & IT team.





Build a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 15–20+ years in manufacturing or related sectors.

Budget up to 35 lacs p.a.

*Domain Expertise:*

Forex and international trade (EXIM) operations

Banking, loans, and working capital management

Ground-level finance operations in manufacturing setup

Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting

*Skills & Competencies:*

Solid analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

Hands-on approach with ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
