Job Description :

Experience : 4 to 7 Years

Location : Hyderabad

· Deliver a high level of colleague support to all end users ensuring all queries in relation to meeting rooms/AV equipment are resolved professionally and efficiently.

· Carry out first line support for all AV equipment.

· Work closely with the onsite Desktop/Helpdesk team.

· Work closely with 3rd parties to organize hardware replacements and configuration of meeting room equipment.

· Perform daily checks of all meeting rooms and collaboration spaces.

· Monitor, track and maintain equipment inventory.

· Support and run onsite events.

- In-depth knowledge of Cisco technology & Polycom technology.
- Microsoft Teams.
- IPTV.
- Handheld,



ceiling and table microphones.
- Be organized and adaptable and adapt to every situation.
- Excellent customer service skills with previous experience of supporting executives.
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experienced in setting up training and collaboration spaces.
- Events support.
