Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.).
- Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, client/server scripts, UI policies, business rules, and integrations.
- Work on Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- Implement and support ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.
- Perform system administration, upgrade planning,
and troubleshooting.
- Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
