Job Description for ServiceNow – Senior ITAM Developer

Job Role : Sr. ServiceNow Developer (ITAM/HAM)

Job Location : Hyderabad, Telangana, India

Experience Range : 6 - 10 years

Required Skills : ServiceNow ITAM/HAM/SAM, CMDB, Discovery.

Notice Period : 0 - 60 days

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, configure, implement, and support all ITAM applications for various clients
- Advise on multiple implementations of ServiceNow ITAM applications including Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Contract Management, and Configuration Management
- Work with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, client scripts and ACL's.
- Manage data with tables,



the configuration management database (CMDB), import sets and update sets.
- Lead integration activities with SCCM, Intune, and other end user discovery tools
- Develop the catalogue Service items

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 yrs of. experience implementing ITSM /ITAM solution using the ServiceNow platform
- Strong understanding of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to asset management and IT service management processes
- Domain knowledge of SAM, HAM, CSDM, CMDB, and Intune is required
- Consulting experience is an added advantage
- Must have solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, REST) and integrations
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
- Required Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
- Plus core ITSM certifications and micro-certifications for Service CatLog, Asset Management, Configuration Management
