Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to plan, manage, and execute renovation projects in operational office spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time completion while maintaining strong client and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage renovation projects for operational office spaces.
- Plan site activities, prepare project schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors,



and contractors for smooth execution.
- Supervise site work to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
- Manage project budgets and control costs across all stages of execution.
- Identify risks or site challenges and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure all handovers are completed seamlessly with proper documentation and client satisfaction.
- Lead site teams and ensure clear communication between stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in office interior fit-out.
- Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Strong project planning, site execution, and client coordination skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operational site constraints.
- Valuable leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be present on-site regularly to oversee execution.
