Role Summary

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Sourcing Merchandising Intern to join our team. You’ll be the link between design, production, and sales – turning great ideas into commercially viable, planet-friendly products. This role also includes identifying and onboarding new vendors across different geographies to support scalability and diversification in our sourcing base.





Key Responsibilities

- Range Planning: Work with the design team to structure seasonal collections based on consumer insights, brand direction, and global trends.
- Product Development: Manage the development cycle from concept to production, ensuring timelines, cost efficiency, and quality benchmarks are met.
- Vendor Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing partners across geographies to expand production capacity, capabilities, and resilience.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with existing and new vendors to ensure ethical production, timely deliveries, and quality control.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on global fashion, sustainability, and lifestyle trends to help shape relevant, high-impact collections.
- Costing & Pricing: Work closely with suppliers to negotiate costs and maintain healthy margins while staying aligned with our sustainability values.
- Inventory & Sell-Through: Track product performance, suggest replenishments or markdowns, and work with the team on demand forecasting.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design,



sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth collection launches and compelling product storytelling.

What We’re Looking For

- 0-1 years of experience in merchandising or sourcing, preferably in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, costing, and vendor management
- Experience in sourcing vendors across India and/or international geographies
- Familiarity with sustainable production processes is a strong advantage
- Robust negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A genuine interest in sustainability and conscious consumerism
