Job Title: Senior US IT Recruiter (Onsite – Hyderabad)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)

Days: Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Experience: 6+ yrs of experience

Role Summary:

We're looking for a Senior US IT Recruiters. If you have 6+ years of proven success in closing roles for US clients, know your way around W2, and thrive under pressure, this is for you. Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, work directly with clients, and mentor junior recruiters.

You Bring:

- 6+ years of full-cycle US IT recruitment experience
- Deep knowledge of US visas & tax terms (H1B, OPT, W2, C2C, etc.)
- Expertise in sourcing (Boolean, LinkedIn, Dice, etc.)




- Ceipal or similar ATS experience and use ATS extensively to update data for every single detail.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Solid experience validating candidate's certification genuinity
- Strong experience sourcing for local candidates (GC, US Citizen) on W2
- You must have strong connections and network of Top Tier IT Professionals
- Submit top tier professionals within 2hrs of the requirement given.
- Tech savvy.
- Strong experience working with US IT Niche Requirements.
- Strong experience with federal security clearances.
