Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
- Understand job descriptions, source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), networking, and social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and pre-joining formalities.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.




- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives.
