Job Title : Senior Account Executive

Experience : 8+ years

Salary Bracket : upto 12 LPA

Location : Borivali East,Mumbai

Job Description :-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage import-export related accounting, banking operations, taxation compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in coordination with banks, overseas suppliers, and internal stakeholders along with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:-

•Handle Import & Export documentation and coordinate with overseas suppliers.





•Manage Issuance and monitoring of LC (Local LC / Import LC / Buyer’s Credit).

•Assist in Bank Limit Renewal (Fund & Non-Fund based) and maintain related documentation.

•Prepare LC Utilization Statements, Fund Planning Reports, and Exposure Statements.

•Manage Marine, Road Transit, Property, Tank Terminal, and Godown Insurance, including claim documentation and submission.

•Conduct Damage Claim Calculations and follow up with insurers.

•Handle Bank Stock Audits and maintain accurate collateral/ margin records.

•Review and verify Purchase, Sales, Transport, Clearing & Storage Bills.

•Manage GST filings (GSTR 1/3B/9/9C/2B/8A) including preparation, reconciliation, and accuracy checks.

•Handle TDS deduction, TDS return filing, and related compliance.

•Prepare Accounts Payable & Receivable statements and ensure timely settlements.

•Conduct 26AS reconciliation and ensure proper ledger accounting.





Handle Income Tax / GST •Assessments & Scrutiny matters.

•Calculate and verify Bank Charges, Interest & Other related financial costs.

•Ensure solid communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
