We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team. The role demands extensive on-field presence, client interaction, and proactive market engagement. The ideal candidate should enjoy travel, be comfortable with cold calling, and excel at developing new business opportunities across assigned territories.

Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate current business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Ensure complete geographic coverage of the assigned area.
- Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights.




- Participate in promotional activities, product demos, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's/master's degree in (Engineering/Electronic/Optometry/Science).

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in field sales (medical devices, diagnostics, or pharma preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target driven.
- Comfortable with extensive travel and field work.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
