Location: Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh (candidates okay for this location should only apply)

Financials to be managed: Plant & Machinery – Rs 1200 Crores; Raw Materials – Rs 800 Crores PA

Volume to be managed: 120 KTPA in Phase-1

Mandatory requirement: Should be well experienced in leading production of carbon black.

Accountability -

1. During Greenfield setup phase

- Develop new processes and improve existing processes
- Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot process problems and develop solutions
- Work with operators to implement process changes
- Document and maintain process documentation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process engineering technologies




- Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities of recent units.
- Proficient in process engineering software (e.g., Aspen Plus, Simio, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of process equipment and instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret process drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

2. Production (Carbon Black) : Effective planning and coordination for producing different Carbon Black grades

- Monitoring and standardizing process parameters. Arranging all input resources. Coordination with intra/inter dept. personnel.
- Getting the key process variables fine tuned after inline product inspection.
- Quality variance analysis through quality reporton daily basis. Indent Preparation, GRN approval & Dept.
- Inventory control. Monitoring plant condition and performance on daily basis.

3. Process Improvement : Contribute to improvement in Quality Management System related to process& ensure its implementation to produce Quality product for customer satisfaction with Cost Effectiveness.
