Write training manuals Maintain daily performance of RPA systems Respond to email messages for customers seeking help Ask questions to determine nature of problem Manage escalations Interact with business users Global Production Assurance GPA team and other Business Units Perform functional root cause analysis RCA Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems Escalate technical problems with Local Area Networks LAN Wide Area Networks WAN Application availability Application performance and other systems Prioritize tickets based on established guidelines for technical support teams to analyze and resolve Provide metrics and reporting on incidents Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved Gain feedback from customers about computer usage Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur Analyze requirements for automating the monitoring tasks for all applications in scope using Client selected tool Strong project management competencies including team coordination and problem solving skills Sound inter personal communication skills Ability to use standard MS Office and team center Oracle software applications
