Position: ServiceNow LLM Trainer
Mode: Remote
Shift: 12:30/1:30 PM to 9:30/10:30 PM IST
Role Overview
We are urgently looking for a ServiceNow LLM Trainer with strong functional expertise in key ServiceNow products such as Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), or HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
This role focuses on designing realistic, scenario-based tasks to train AI models. It is not a platform configuration or development role. Instead, the candidate will translate real-world business workflows, decision logic, and enterprise processes into structured data that enhances AI reasoning within ServiceNow-like environments.
The ideal profile blends deep ServiceNow domain experience with strong analytical skills,
prompt-engineering capability, and data structuring expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Define decision-making frameworks for Reinforcement Learning initiatives to improve ServiceNow LLM performance, including taxonomy creation, scenario design, and evaluation criteria.
- Build scenario-driven tasks that accurately mirror actual ServiceNow workflows (case management, SLA processes, HR requests, IT incidents, etc.).
- Translate complex business processes into transparent, structured datasets suitable for AI training.
- Develop high-quality prompts, task variations, and user journeys to enhance model understanding and reasoning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional AI and product teams to refine task quality and maintain consistency.
- Ensure all scenarios reflect real-world enterprise use cases, edge cases, and decision logic.
