We are currently seeking a motivated HRIS QE/Test Analyst to join our team supporting Workday and other HR technology platforms deployed to our workforce spread over 38 countries. This role requires working with project teams to implement test strategies within and outside HR teams across all HR technology platforms. This role also requires attention to detail, execution excellence, strong end to end testing and quality management experience.
Experience working within an Agile delivery model. Should be able to plan, develop and execute tests leveraging the latest tools and automation frameworks
Work closely with Scrum team throughout a project to constantly monitor and provide feedback on the quality of the product
Design test cases and execute all types of testing (e.g. functional, integration, end-to-end, User acceptance, Internal acceptance, Performance, Security, Negative and Positive) on all variety of HR platforms/domains (e.g. HCM, LMS and CRM)
Contribute to various elements of automated testing
Conduct regular reviews and audits of the HR systems and testing process, ensuring SOX compliance
Produce status reports and quality metrics
Assist project teams in determining appropriate quality goals and acceptance criteria
Share knowledge and help build skills of other team members
Manages/Supports HR Systems release schedules and performs smoke/UAT/IAT/Regression as applicable.
Responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project.
Closely work with the team of HRIS analysts to support different Workday and other deployments in HCM, ABC, Recruiting and Reporting & Analytics.
Role Qualifications & Eligibility:
2-3 years of functional testing background, including defining test strategy, test planning, test case design, and execution on HRIS/CRM is a must. (Workday/ServiceNow is Preferred)
Experience in all phases of the software and testing lifecycle, inception through deployment
Project experience using an Agile methodology (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, SAFe)
Must have experience in UI Testing automation.
Experience with test management tools
Configurational, Techno-functional experience on Workday (preferred) or any other HR SaaS platform is a must
Strong service orientation with a high sense of ownership and accountability
Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Must have a combination of skills including an ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts, as well as more general management skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, taking direction from multiple team members
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving abilities, a systems thinker with a process orientation and outstanding attention to detail
Strong Outlook, Excel, and Word skills
Strong work ethic and motivated to achieve goals and exceed expectations
Exceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Ability to work successfully with a global team
Hands on experience on JIRA, HR ServiceNow (Preferred)
