This role is an ENO/AVP position in Pune (India) within the COO team. Primary Responsibilities for the role would include but are not limited to the below:

Oversight of Portfolio and Cost Accounting financials for GOS Custody Services and Cash working with GOS N5s, Finance Team and COO teams on:

⁻ Accurate forecasting in HCT and OnePPM (resource allocations, timebookings)

⁻ Tracking and monitoring of forecast variances (investigate & correct unplanned variances)

⁻ Portfolio Accounting month end adjustments

⁻ Monitoring progress to targets

⁻ Control of the financial targets (transfers/reclass-es as needed)

⁻ Support yearly budget processes

⁻ Tracking and controls of CtB & RTB Portfolio view

⁻ Reconciliation between CA and Portfolio view (understand and articulate gaps)

Support hiring process for GOS N5s

Accurate headcount tracking

Support Contract renewal

Support WFS initiatives, track implantation and report on the relevant performance indicators

Co-ordinate and maintain GDH and Organizational structures

Active contribution into strategic and pivotal initiatives and produce presentations for senior management

Other ad hoc deliveries/ projects as assigned

Proven Investment Banking experience

A degree in Business, Finance or Accounting

Pro-activeness, good communication skills – both verbal and written, client & control-focused approach, positive attitude.

Phenomenal problem solving and analytical skills.

An ability to multitask, prioritize, meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time with a high level of integrity and flexibility, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards

Ability to build strong positive working relationships across departments to provide a quality customer service daily
