Job Description



Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)





CEAT embarked on its consumer digital journey in 2018 and has witnessed a fantastic traction through the initiatives launched and under development. Customer Centricity has clearly emerged as a central theme to CEATs digital strategy.



The position is responsible for delivering business value through online sales (ecom and assisted), marketplaces and driving digital initiatives for end consumers. Superlative user experience would be the pivotal element for all the initiatives.





KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS





All KPIs for online sales funnel



Increasing the number of leads esp. through organic means

Improving the lead conversion (paid unpaid)

ratio through BPO for assisted sales and brand eCom for direct sales

Increasing share of business in marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart without discounting

Brining down the cost per lead and cost of customer acquisition to make online business profitable





Functions And Responsibilities





Platform Management



End to End ownership for the following platforms: Adobe CMS platform for the website, including corporate section. Keep the content updated, website optimized and manage marketing campaigns

Magento eCom platform

Marketing cloud on SFDC platform

Lead Management System and chatbot on SFDC platform





Vendor Management



Manage SI partners for the above platforms

Manage BPO for leads outbound call to drive

Manage SEO agency to ensure high ranking in searches and GMB (for our exclusive channel)

Manage 3rd party partners for the eCom business courier/logistics partner, fitment partner, PG partner, whatsapp partner etc.

Stakeholder management and governance for the projects



Operations Management



Work closely with marketing to plan monthly sales thru various channels, plan campaigns and secure marketing spends

Ensure smooth operations for supply chain so that tyres are delivered to customers as per SLA

Work closely with channel partners and 3rd party partners to ensure high standards of service for pick-up at store and fitment at home

Work closely with marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart to drive high sales without deep discounts



Innovation Management



Drive innovation in the portfolio; Ability to conceptualize solutions and evangelize them

Understanding of design thinking, user experience, visual designs, HTMLs

Familiarity with product & services vendors as well as start-ups in this space





Education and Experience Required

MBA



Experience:



7-10 Years of relevant work experience
