Our Sr.

Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify candidates for open requisitions through active and passive recruiting methods. Attracts competent professionals by disseminating enVista s unique employer brand.

Essential Functions:

Partner with Manager of Talent Acquisition to determine and execute effective sourcing strategies

Conduct full - cycle recruiting efforts for open positions in Hyderabad and Bangalore markets

Work with hiring manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition to update job descriptions for open requisitions

Use passive search techniques to build a pipeline of talent and constantly nurture passive candidate relationships

Manage all candidate activity and keep organized record of candidate communications

Participate in face - to - face interviews as required

Act as mentor for hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques

Participate in hiring decisions offering an objective opinion based on job duties and candidate strengths

Initiate offer approval process and extend formal offers along with salary negotiations

Develop / update weekly status reports to discuss with Manager to review progress on open positions

Ensure all open positions are listed on various job boards (LinkedIn , Naukri , etc.)

Develop and maintain relationships with local colleges and universities

Skills & Abilities:

Experience in full - cycle recruiting , especially passive recruiting; strong preference for candidates who have experience recruiting technical positions

Experience recruiting US candidates a plus

Proven ability to build candidate relationships , and build candidate interest in employer

General knowledge of employment law

Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Ability to work independently and hold oneself to self - imposed deadlines

Exceptional interpersonal skills


Education: Bachelor s Degree , preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration

Excellent written and verbal communication English skills

3 - 7 years of experience in human resources , staffing , or recruiting

Pass any pre - employment tests , drug test , and / or background check

Qualifications Skills Bachelors or better in Human Resource Administration or related field.
