- Third Party Products (TPP) To ensure Leadership position in the Auto Loan Business across markets.
- To ensure Insurance Business penetration and volume increases across locations Increasing revenue for Auto Loans and Insurance business.
- Maintaining profitability budgets for Auto Loans and TPP Sales Vehicle Loans C.
- Distribution To have proper distribution mix between Dealer, DSA,Branch and ADC to maintain channel mix and resultant COA advantage.
- To achieve agreed business growth & cost advantage from new geographies; To achieve and maintain agreed market share as a percentage of overall market size D.
- BDP To operate as profit centre and significantly contribute to PBT E.
- PDDs To PDDs outstanding post 90 days of disbursement within benchmarks set F.
- TAT / FTNR / MCP To ensure files come as per MCP parameter and disbursed within TAT G.
- Third Party Income To achieve targeted Insurance revenue, DSC collection, FD, CASA and CC sourcing Month on Month H.
- Relationship Timely visits and healthy relationship with DSA / DDSA / Zonal Heads and Regional OEM offices I.
- Inventory To have coverage of Inventory at all major dealerships and to ensure timely repayments within tranche period as defined and retail conversions of minimum 20% from the dealerships using Inventory limits J.
- Collections Ensure monthly review with collections and need to draw action point, to control cheque bouncing, early delinquency and overall portfolio K.
- Market Distribution & Digitization Distribution is the key to gold loan business.
- Constant review of market distribution to ensure increasing market share Expansion plans for both the business for increased business Using analytical tools to understand the industry movement and ensure the product do not miss the opportunity available Constant market survey to develop market position understand our competition Continuous monitoring of success of BEU campaigns Drive meaningful campaigns and timely seasonal activities for successful visibility Introduction of AI and digital platforms and digital solutions for both the products L.
- Compliance & Hygiene Parameters Adherence of all regulatory requirement including banks laid down policy.
- Ensuring housekeeping items viz deferrals, lead management , cogent / customer service interaction etc.
