Job Title - Technical Sales Executive (Outbound Voice Process)
Location - Delhi
Experience - 0 to 1 Yrs With ( Excellent English Speaking)
Qualification - Under Graduate / Graduate
Salary - 10,000/-to 15,000/-Plus 2 rupees per dollar Incentive
Shift Timing - 1 pm to 10 pm
Joining - Immediate
5 Days working Meal Provided
Minimum 0-1 Yrs Experience in an outbound process with an International BPO/ITES.
- Preferably experienced candidates may apply.
- Fresher's candidates with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
- Salary 10,000/- to 15,000/- per month with performance based incentives (for experienced candidates).

JOB PROFILE :
- Handling US customers and providing VOICE based technical support.
- Completely responsible for troubleshooting Network & OS related issues.
- Should possess basic knowledge on networking concepts.
- Open to feedback & learning.
- Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval)
