- Coordinate with sales teams for the client requirements and design solutions with required components of the IT service offerings such as Managed IT service, Managed Security services, and Managed Cloud Services.

- Coordinate with strategic partners for getting solutions and quote estimations

- Prepare a writing technical approach for the client requests and determine pricing with help of technical and Sales teams.

- Identifies gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the technical solution or offering and clarify with customers in writing.

- Ability to be active listener in customer meetings, transforming interactions in customer needs, and building solutions from the offerings.

- Presentation and documentation creation and delivery to internal and external audiences via digital channels.

- Attend business technology sales trainings from the partners and implement the proper flow for business growth as per best practices.

- Analyze and improve service offering based on the debriefs received from the customers on submitted responses.

- Identify resource or teams or skillsets required to fulfill the SOW projects and determine estimated timeline for project completion.

- Prepare strategic responses to the SOW projects, determine pricing.

- Communicate with cross cultural audience, builds customer loyalty being a trusted adviser

- Responsible for analyzing market data to determine the ideal customer for a given product.

- Coordinate with Sales, Technical and Marketing teams to prepare and deliver sales training material

- Coordinate with contract and compliance teams to review contracts and SLA.

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science/Engineering/Information Management or six (6) or more years of equivalent IT work experience.

- Experience working with IT services industry and building a technical solution for SOW projects.

- Pre-sales skills with sales and technical certifications, from OEMs such as Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, Checkpoint.

- Should be able to engage in customer meetings, communicate and offer services as SME.

- Must have clear communication practice - Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking.
