Job Description
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in effectively, identifying customers needs and providing information and solutions accordingly.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answering phones from customers professionally and responding customer inquiries and complaints.
- Providing customer with the organization's service and product information.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints and customer service issues.
- Following up with customer where required to ensure end to end resolution
- Recording details of customers, inquires, complaints, and action taken.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Should be energetic and proactive in approach.
- Prior experience is a plus.
