Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers of the companies.

Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

Must have good knowledge in Recruitments We are looking for an Recruitment Executive to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.

Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

knowledge in end to end recruitment life cycle, understanding manpower requirements,

posting jobs, Sourcing, Scheduling Training & Development Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good communication (Verbal & Written) and interpersonal skills

Should have managed various sources [eg, job portals, reference, campus hiring, etc] for recruitment.

In depth Knowledge of Recruitment Process.

Should be able to handhold the the candidate through the entire hiring process.

An eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.

Any PG/Diploma/Degree in HR Preferred Experience:.

Screening the candidates as per client requirement doing end to end recruitment Personal Traits: Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
