Roles and Responsibilities
Efficiently manage all activities related to Sales.
Recruit, train, guide and evaluate new members.
New distributor /outlet identification
Making weekly sales plan and setting targets.
Conduct weekly progress meetings.
Drive sales numbers from onboarded distributors / retailers every month.
Payment collection and follow ups.
Introducing new products and developing new sales strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 to 8 years of experience with FMCG companies in the snacks/namkeen domain.
Higher experience in the same sector for consultant position.
Must have a good network with distributors and retails outlets.
Experience of managing and hiring team members.
Experience in planning and delivery of monthly sales targets.
Should be able to work independently with ownership and must be result oriented.
