Time: 7:30 to 3:30 AM IST
Working: 5 days (sat sun fixed off)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Be a Sales Hunter and generate new business and be responsible for new client acquisitions
- Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients (Tier-1 / System Integrators / Implementation Partners / Direct Clients / MSP/VMS providers)
- Ability to strike conversation and build rapport with Clients and Vendors to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing
- Generate business from new accounts and has the capability to drive and lead customer relationships and demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques into securing profitable business
- Must be able to hit the ground running and acquire new clients and/or new business via various channels, add company to vendor lists, generate solid requisitions for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions and thus drive revenues
- Must have excellent existing client relationships, network and referrals within US IT Staffing Industry and be able to build upon new accounts,
- Must have minimum 2 Year experience working as BDM in US IT recruitment.
- Well versed with all the Staffing processes to generate requirements and develop Clients
- Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve agreed upon goals of company.
- Prospect and build new business opportunities with key decision makers and manager.
