with at least 4 to 6 years’ experience in reporting and analysis Keen attention to detail and aptitude in quality checking deliverables for consistent accuracy Solid ability to understand data and identify significant trends and discrepancies Sound business judgment and ability to apply business context Demonstrated initiative and proven multi-tasking skills Aptitude with data manipulation and reporting process development Able to work with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds Quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables Willingness to learn and be aware of current events and trends in the United States as applicable to the brands associated with the position Excellent deep dive analysis on various marketing problems Technical Skills - Must Have: Proficient - Expert MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, Power Point) Top notch Marketing analytical and quantitative skills SQL & Business Analytics Technical Skills - Good to Have: Functional knowledge on MicroStrategy / Tableau / Power BI, Functional knowledge on VBA Functional knowledge on RPA. Functional knowledge on Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics. Communication Skills: Demonstrates effective communication skills, both oral and written with stake holders (Internal and external).
