Job Description
Youll be responsible for all day-to-day digital operations for North & East. Youll provide strategic direction and leadership within the digital group to deliver the most effective and innovative communications plans, and manage the career paths of supporting digital staff.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the Chief Digital Officer, Mindshare, South Asia

Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
Formulate digital strategy for client businesses and ensure that recommendations and decisions are consistent with clients objectives and strategies
Offering newer media options, and building a strong media product
Keep abreast of current events in target markets that impact Clients business
In six months, you would have:
Support training of digital staff and recommend actions to manage individual career paths
Train direct reports in media and marketing disciplines as well as in the specifics of the clients business and industry.
Apart from above measures.
In 12 months, you would have:
Oversee media financial management profitability of all Client accounts

Responsibilities of the role:
Develop digital strategy on key overall marketing framework initiatives as set by the client's
Develop robust benchmarks and norms across channels and media types
Prepare and present media strategies and plans
Anticipate, review and present point-of-views on online media trends, issues, developments and opportunities
Share digital points of view, research and case studies with the business team(s) he/she works with & with clients
Develop and maintain good relationship with key media vendors and internal teams
Develop and maintain strong relationship with clients and have a good understanding of their clients business
Help to develop local business through existing clients and potential new opportunities, including the sell in of new ideas and services to the clients
Supervise junior team member(s) to develop his/her digital capabilities
Support digital training and deliver capability building workshops
Responsibility of Billings & Revenue nos for the region
What you will need:
Minimum 12 years relevant working experience in digital media in both an implementation and leadership capacity
Experienced in managing & leading a specialised team
A proven ability to translate digital strategy into operation
Proactive attitude and result driven mindset
Produce work of high quality, passionate & a team person.
Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
Able to sell concepts and solutions to clients and key stakeholders
Adaptable to the changing environment
Passionate about "new" media communication and evolving technology
Understanding of various verticals in Digital Social, Search, Mobile, Programmatic
