Job Description



The following skills and competencies are essential to this role





Ability to take objective Architecture and design decisions for the product considering the vision, facts on the ground (product/organizational considerations) and customer requirements.

Ability to designing products with high availability and reliability requirements.

Ability to design scalable product architecture which can support customers scalability requirements typical in cloud native architectures.

Ability to design product architecture which can accommodate software contributions from 100s of developers without compromising on the requirements, future vision and maintainability.



Ability to take considered decisions based on technical inputs from various stake holders.

Ability to lead, persuade and inspire the architects, developers and other contributors towards product vision

Building High-Performance Teams - Recruitment, Personal Development, Performance, Coaching, Motivation

Specific skills:



Large scale realtime database

Cloud native architecture with Docker/CRI-O/KATA containers on Kubernetes container management environment on Linux.

Atleast 5 years development experience in industry grade programming languages like C/C , JAVA, Go etc.





Work Experience:

More than 5 years of work experience leading teams of 10-12 software/product architects in an agile software product development.
